I launched my Yoghurt Business in April 2018 while still working as a security guard at a hotel at Oshodi, Lagod and earning N30, 000 naira and lesser by the time taxes and other charges were deducted.
I was dissatisfied and kept asking myself if that was all there was to me.
I’m first born also and knew responsibilities were too much. I needed to do something quickly and that was how I began my journey to building this powerful brand you know today.
Building my brand wasn’t easy at all. I had no teacher, coach, mentor or guide. No one had done my kind of business in the location where we were at the time so I had no one to look up to. I basically had to navigate so many things and learn how to run my business by myself without letting it fail.
On so many days, I incurred losses. I didn’t know anything about costing and pricing, employee management, menu development, positioning, managing my production processes and a lot more things.
I was simply running my business based on guess work and doing the best I could as the days went.
